SCT (Social Cash Transfer) is a cash assistance program in Liberia aimed at improving livelihoods and enhancing community resilience for families living in extreme poverty and food insecurity. Doctors Without Borders also participated in this project. In 2022, election experts participated in the design and production of T-shirts for this project for four years; Accumulatively providing four models for the project, totaling 6800 sets.

The national emblem in the pattern is the emblem of Liberia (with black and white stripes and character elements, and the ribbon text is "THE LOVE OF LIBERTY BROUGHT US HERE"), further clarifying the national identity. The house and growth icons symbolize love and hope.

The project is led by the Liberian Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection and funded by institutions such as the World Bank. It has covered multiple counties across the country and provides support to impoverished families through cash/mobile payments.
